EverMute Help

We help with login, subscriptions, family and how the filters work.

Contact us

Write to support@evermute.app. Include your iPhone model, your iOS and EverMute versions and the steps that lead to the problem. You can attach a screenshot after hiding personal data. Do not send passwords, verification codes, family codes or card details.

The service is operated by Tommaso Antoniazzi, Keystone, Via Bartolomeo D'Alviano 28, Italia.

Purchase or restore

Make sure you are using the Apple Account you made the purchase with. Open the EverMute paywall and choose Restore. If the subscription is active in Apple but EverMute does not recognize it, write to us stating the plan and the message shown. Do not repeat a purchase to try to fix a sync error.

Cancel the renewal

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose EverMute. You can also use the Apple subscriptions page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid renewal, even during the free trial. Deleting the app or the EverMute account does not stop the Apple subscription.

Request a refund

Apple handles payments and refund requests: go to Report a Problem and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Account access

If you used Sign in with Apple, choose that button again. If you use email and password, use password recovery and check your inbox, including spam. Use the most recent code you received. If it does not arrive, wait before requesting another.

Link a child

On the parent's phone, open Family, add the name, choose apps, content and limits, then generate a code. On the child's phone, open EverMute and enter the code. Each code is intended for the person named and expires: if needed, the parent can generate a new one. Setup is free; the paid features require the Family plan, which covers one parent and up to four children.

Filters or access to a social network

The filters apply to the sites opened inside EverMute. Check that you have selected the social network and the rules you want. Social networks may require a login check or change their page. Do not share your social network credentials with support. To delete the local sessions use the dedicated command in EverMute Settings: you will have to sign in to the social networks again.

Screen Time

Limiting native apps requires the Screen Time permissions and selecting the apps on the device. If the permission was revoked, reopen the Screen Time setup inside EverMute. Features for a child may also require the Apple family setup that the system provides.

Delete the account

Open EverMute Settings and choose Delete account. If you used Apple, also confirm Apple's request. Wait for the result: if an error appears, the operation was not completed. Deletion removes the account and associated data from the operational store. If you are a parent, the children are unlinked; their accounts are not deleted automatically.

To delete a child account that is still linked, the parent opens Family, selects the name and finds Delete account and data under Name and link. The simple Unlink action signs the phone out of the account and does not turn it into Solo. To delete the data of an account that is already unlinked, write to support@evermute.app.

For requests about personal data write to the same contact as support. See also Privacy and Terms.
